Sizing
Each piece I create is one-of-a-kind, so it’s very important to ensure your ring size is correct before placing an order, as I cannot offer alternative sizes for ready-made pieces.
You can purchase a ring sizer through the Shop section of this website, or visit your local jeweller who can measure your size accurately.
If you’ve purchased a ring for yourself or as a gift and it doesn’t fit, you may also visit your local jeweller to see if they can resize the piece for you.
Exchanges
If you’d like to arrange an exchange for another piece in the shop, please email me at amysavannadesigns@gmail.com or reach out via the contact page.
Exchanges may be possible for another ready-made piece of the same value, or I can offer store credit to refund your purchase.
I encourage you to wear the ring for 2–3 days, as finger size can naturally fluctuate with temperature and activity. If the fit is still not comfortable, please return the piece within 7 days of receiving it.
When returning an item, please use tracked shipping with insurance. I cannot be responsible for pieces lost in transit. Once the jewellery arrives safely and in its original condition, your exchange or store credit will be processed.
Custom Orders
To begin a custom order, please email amysavannadesigns@gmail.com with your ideas, inspiration images, and your ring size. I’ll review your request and, if it aligns with my aesthetic and capabilities, we can start creating something truly special.
Once approved, I will send you a quote for your custom piece. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to begin the work, which is then deducted from the total cost.
Accurate sizing is essential, as custom pieces cannot be resized, exchanged, or refunded.
Please allow a turnaround time of 3–4 weeks, depending on the complexity of the design. I’m dedicated to ensuring you receive your dream piece.
Warranty
All of my work includes a 10-month warranty, covering defects in craftsmanship such as a stone becoming loose or falling out. This warranty does not cover general wear and tear.
Please refer to the Care Instructions section for guidance on keeping your jewellery in the best condition.

Returns & Refunds
As each piece is handmade and one-of-a-kind, returns and refunds are generally not available unless there are exceptional circumstances.
